I am a Google Engage Partner, meaning I have had training, from Google, on SEO best practices. In addition, I know programs such as AdWords and the different analytical tools to help your site prosper.

I’ve made it my business to be familiar with all platforms. Instead of pointing you to the most expensive solution or the platform I am most familiar with like other designers and developers, I work with you to find the best solution for you and your business. I make a point of not having a favorite solution as each situation is different and each solution has its benefits and weaknesses.

Just because the project is done doesn’t mean I disappear! Part of Ampersand’s customer service is that I am here for you if you run into any questions with the web design or development I’ve created for you. I feel that each client is an opportunity to create a strong professional connection, both to grow my own business and to help yours.

Just like my before project consolations, my after project support is free. This means that as long as you’re not asking for design or development changes, I will guide and support your questions free of charge. (I will make design and development changes should you ever wish it down the line, but this would be a maintenance cost.)
